Nervous physical activity, like scratching
Irritability, dizziness, or confusion
Extreme anorexia
Tremors or even convulsions
Increased heart rate, blood pressure, and risk of stroke
Presence of inhaling paraphernalia, such as razor blades, mirrors, and straws

I agree with Jenn. But I have to say that Jenn, if you are still doing meth, even sometimes, you are NOT a recovering addict, and by reading the novel you just wrote, it sounds like you Might be using right now. Good luck to both of you. I did the stuff for years and I lost everything I owned.

if there is any doubt that she is doing meth...call probation or take her to a doctors...they have tests and they can tell.
i don't care how much ur daughter yells or fights you about having her checked...meth is a very addictive and highly deadly drug.

She starts hanging out with a new set of friends. She is moody and pretty nasty towards you. She isn't doing her schoolwork. She might not be going to school. She might say she feels sick. She might be staying out later with friends. She might have a friend who has a car.
These will show up after she has done it, but if she is doing it in front of you check out her eyes.

Well, talk to her about it. Also, look in un obvious hiding places, like under the bed mattress, under her bed, and in unusual places. Have you read the signs and Symptons?
