All of the first set of a child's teeth are baby teeth including the molars. They will loose them all.

Yes, But slowly. If it goes to fast make sure to tell a dentist. IT varys with people. But with most people it is Good. Like one time I had my child and one fell out in his sleep my wife over reacted and took him to the dentist and it was 2 WEEKS OVERDUE. So Let it fall out, BUT if it doesn't make sure to tell a dentist.
