are you talking of a cosmetic type of fade cream?..Like a face brightener, or a fading cream you buy at cosmetic etc counters?..I guess it doesn't matter, but, i am thinking you could use your finger tips for more accurate applications.(and keep the oils from the palm of your hand off your face)...generally for creams, you can use creams etc 2 times a day. It won't hurt or damage your hands at all as the oils from your hands will not let the cream absorb and stay for any time of length...(and generally..if a product is safe for your face..it is fine for your hands.

What fade cream are you using?

Yes, it's safe to apply with your fingers. If you're concerned about that just wash you hands when your finished. Fade creams can be used several times a day... but it depends on what other ingredients are in the product, ie, alpha hydroxy acids, etc... Certain ingredients may irritate your skin but the lightening ingredient itself shouldn't.

every day and I prefer to apply it with make up sponges, it's easier to put it just where you want it
