In Canada, this is usually strictly regulated thing...the best thing to do is to go to your province's web site and check under family services or similar...that is probably the best direction to go in...

Where do you live in Canada? I work for child protection services in BC. I can give you the phone if can tell me where you live. Thank heaven for people like you. There are babies in the hospital waiting for foster homes. These children really need loving homes.
