I'm 14 a guy, 5 foot 6 inches tall and about 126 pounds. i'm also 16.8 percent body fat. its the christmas holidays and i don't really have anything to do (all my friends live so far away), and i started to work out today. i'm not overweight, but if i take my shirt off i can see i have fat around my stomach. i took my dog for a half hour walk, jogged for 12 minutes. did about 7 minutes of stretching and cardio. then i did excersizes and weights for my arms for 15 minutes, for my legs about 3 minutes, and i did 5 minutes of benchpressing 35 pounds, then i did 50 situps, and did a pecs excersize for about 5 minutes. anything else that would help to get rid of fat and get abs and pecs? will i have that in about 2 weeks if i do it everyday? thanks
ps. i also eat pretty healthy too, i take my vitamins, and eat my needed fruit and veges. i don't have any "junk food". and i drink lots of water.

do situps for your abs -- but have realistic goals and do everything he safe way.

I think the perfect thing for your situation is Pilates. Now, I know it might sound a little girly, but seriously, this is the best way to strengthen your upper body (chest, stomach, back) - get a DVD and do that twice a day and you WILL see results in 2 weeks... probably not dramatic, but you will notice!

What u need to do is work out and eat healthy things. I tried doing that and it helped me a lot! Also, exercise, and try to stay away from snacks and foods with hydrogonated oils and trans fats. U can also eat smaller portions as well as staying away from:
Oreos
Fast Food
And other things like that

well i have trouble swallowing, so i eat less and lost 15 lbs so far. now it takes less to get me hungry. try eating less, healthier. Your fine, im 5'7.5 and weigh 155. your weight fluctuates through puberty. drink lots of milk. 2 weeks wont get you much results, it takes 21 days.
