I'm 14 a guy, 5 foot 6 inches tall and about 126 pounds. i'm also 16.8 percent body fat. its the christmas holidays and i don't really have anything to do (all my friends live so far away), and i started to work out today. i'm not overweight, but if i take my shirt off i can see i have fat around my stomach. i took my dog for a half hour walk, jogged for 12 minutes. did about 7 minutes of stretching and cardio. then i did excersizes and weights for my arms for 15 minutes, for my legs about 3 minutes, and i did 5 minutes of benchpressing 35 pounds, then i did 50 situps, and did a pecs excersize for about 5 minutes. anything else that would help to get rid of fat and get abs and pecs? will i have that in about 2 weeks if i do it everyday? thanks
ps. i also eat pretty healthy too, i take my vitamins, and eat my needed fruit and veges. i don't have any "junk food". and i drink lots of water.
