Rosacea cannot be cured but it can be treated & controlled.

You can get rosacea skin care products including mineral makeup that is specially formulated for rosacea sufferers here..

For rosacea sufferers, it is recommended that they take 5,000 - 8,000 (1-2 teaspoons) of Evening Primrose Oil daily.

Rosacea is a chronic and potentially life-disruptive disorder primarily of the facial skin, often characterized by flare-ups and remissions. redness on the cheeks, nose, chin or forehead that may come and go. In some cases, rosacea may also occur on the neck, chest, scalp or ears. Over time, the redness tends to become ruddier and more persistent, and visible blood vessels may appear.

The signs and symptoms of rosacea vary from one patient to another, so treatment is different as per individual case.
Rosacea may be treated with oral antibiotics, Photodynamic therapy or it can be treated with lasers, Which includes intense pulsed light sources or other medical and surgical devices may be used to remove visible blood vessels, reduce extensive redness or correct disfigurement of the nose.

No cures unfortunately...
I have the early stages.
There is debate as to what it is caused by. There are little dimodex mites that some scientists say causes rosacea, others say it's hereditary.
It's important to recognize and avoid your triggers.
A great resource is

It can be frustrating, and quite disfiguring if gone unchecked, but with protection and care, you will look very normal for the rest of your life.

You really need to read "Rosacea Free Forever" by Laura Taylor (also available in electronic format here: http://www.rosaceafreeforever.info ). It's about how to permanently cure your Rosacea naturally. I cured my Rosacea permanently in only 4 days after reading this.

Stop paying paying each month good money on creams. This is exactly what the pharmaceutical industry wants you to do! They want to milk money from you each month.

ATOPALM MLE Cream (The stuff in the jar works better than the stuff in the tube.)

You can get it at skinstore.com

It works for me. I only have the flushed/redness, not the little bumps. Mine didn't come about until after 30. I tried the MetroGel from the doctor, I tried the acne medications, I even went to a compounding pharmacist, but none of that worked as well as the ATOPALM.

By the way, I do have a bit of redness still, but it is not rough or bumpy or nearly as embarrassing now.
