Yes but you just arent supposed to wear too much so that you are totally showing off. But ya totallyn permissable and worn all the time.
But just so you know there are sme restrictions of what you can wear in Islam for example Men can't wear silk because it supposedly used to have some weird affect on their bodies.

Yes.Have you ever seen a Muslim bride in like, Pakistan?They are loaded with gold, and all sorts of jewelry!Sometimes,Muslim men also buy their fiance` jewelry as a marriage gift.(That was directed to that man who said their husband wont let them,shows how open minded you are!)Some Muslim men get upset, and even cry when they don't see their wife wearing the things they buy for them!

oh yes u can wear what ever u want I am a Muslim woman and since I was very young my mother always bought me necklaces and earrings etc.....but if u keep it as a treasure not for wearing it then u have to give Zakat from it ...
