no way its not wrong! if anything i think its romantic to just plant one on him spontaneously, out of nowhere.

It probably isn't really ethical...however, if you end up together, it will be a fun story to tell down the road! The question is, how long will you be at the job--a week, a month, what? It is going to be hard to hide the raging chemistry once you take that step.
