I just LOVED that show. Especially the one where Lucy kept putting more and more chocolates in her mouth until she just couldn't get any more. What was YOUR favorite episode? When Desi used to hit on those bongo drums and play bobba lu? Now THAT was entertainment!

They don't have thoughts. That's the problem.
They have pre-packaged notes from people with NO education on the subject (just read one of Jack Chick's tracts dealing with evolution to see what I mean.) but they have no opinions or thoughts of their own.
Lucy is our ancestor. She should be given the respect that she deserves. Yet the creationist morons out there keep denying the truth.
Really, how intellectually cowardly do they have to be to become creationists anyway?

Oh and dr.c, thanks for being a perfect example of the intellectual coward that I mentioned earlier. Next you'll try and post a link to 'answeringgenesis' as proof that man and dinosaurs co-existed. Oh, wait, another retard already did that...

Well, what is there to think??
They asked similarly re Neanderthal man and Peking man, and those others just before Lucy-baby!

The story changes, the time frame belief changes with every [so-called] 'discovery'!!

What you need, but won't be available for another month by way of Amazon.com, is the new book being published called, "TWO BIRDS ... ONE STONE!!" by Denis Towers.
It, for the 1st time in history, scientifically proves Adam and Eve and disproves 'Lucy-baby' theory!!!

It is interesting that Lucy's kneecap (the only evidence that she was anything more than an ape) was found far distant, and in a different geological layer than the rest of the skeleton.

If you look at the description of the video it says MAY.

If you check out the actual bones in that they found http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucy_%28Australopithecus%29 you can't even form a skull.

The drawing on the video is artist conception and is based on imagination not science.

You got to have faith to believe this.

I think God created us to evolve. There is no denying a higher power but we also can't deny evolution.

Great video, nice artwork. 10 of 10 and a thumbs-up for you.

Hanaperry, the origin of the world is not god. Don't fool yourself into thinking everything is god, god, god.
