I was sick until about 3:30 CST throwing up. Now I feel fine, but I'm hungry and want to eat something.

Something light on your stomach like soup, scrambled eggs, toast....nothing greasy or heavy.

I usually go with greasy stuff and nothing is greasier than a McDonald's double cheeseburger. It may not sound that great, but that grease just coats the stomach and makes you feel a ton better. For some reason Sprite is also a good drink. I've heard of club soda or ginger ale, something with the carbonation but I don't know. I just know Double-Cheese and Sprite usually stays down and helps the tummy. Good Luck.

Dry toast (no butter or anything else on it) or saltine crackers! If your stomach starts acting up again, drink ginger ale or the best remedy ever, Peppermint tea. Celestial Seasonings carries it and you should just keep it stocked in the house if possible. Good luck!!

Crackers are the best thing to eat after having an upset stomach. Then liquids after that until you can hold things down..Hope this helps and hope your feeling better.

I would say chicken noodle soup with some crackers. That is what I have always eaten after chucking and I felt fine.
