yes, if you cut back on eating, watch the calories, start exercising ,,,,,, what i did to jump start my loss last year,,,, was to fast on liquids for one day,,,,, low sodium soup broth,,,, tea, water,, any low calorie fluids, and a few crackers,,,,,,,,, i did this each week, only for one day,,,,,, i also started exercising during tv commercials or every half hour, if on the computer,, jog around, and/orget up and just dance,,,,,, those couple of mins done during the day or night really add up,,
after you get closer to the weight you want, then you can cut out the weekly fast, i have gone from a size 14 to size 8 in a year, without really cutting out any certain foods, and eating when im hungry
