If you have stainless steel faucets or sinks then rub your hands on them. I know it sounds really weird but it really works. I do this after I have been peeling onions or garlic and it takes the odor away instantly. There is also a stainless steel soap shaped bar that i sold in stores that you can get. Also if you eat a lot of onions or garlic the oils from then can make your hands smell.

I know that vinegar sometimes helps take away strong odors on hands--try that a few times (you may smell vinegar for a bit but that will go away, as should the other smell). Then some nice lotion. Good luck!!:)

If it something that you touched recently it will fade, if it hangs around it may be something you are eating. Are you taking a new medication?
