Eating protein and a multi-vitamin will allow your body to take advantage of your maximum growth potential. You can't however change your genes. Not getting your proper vitamins and protein could inhibit growth potential.

I am my self 21 and I am at 5'8 I am the guy by the way,I wish I was at least 5'10 but hey what can you do. You know that 5'4 is average height for a women in USA so you should be happy. Other things you can try is eat lots of carrot, drink carrot juice,do some stretching exercises, swim alot and play basketball, these things might help a bit.Goodluck and be happy, you are tall enough.

Weird. I was 5'4 when I was about your age and now, at 26, I am 5'8. I didn't do anything in particular and I blame genetics. It is possible though for you to continue growing and reach 5'8. Being this tall has it's downfalls though, especially when it comes to pants/jeans. The "regular" length is a little short and "tall" is way too long. But hey, 5'4 is a nice height!!!

Aside from eating right and exercising, make sure that you get enough calcium in your diet. Strong bones will ensure that you have a good "frame" for growing.
