Hubby says I generate a lot of heat when I sleep & I have been told by others in my past. I wondered what causes it and if there is a way around it, other than pillows and blankets between me and my loved one (like a firewall!) so they don't get too hot.

I am a male with normal BP and normal body weight whose nocturnal body temp is high. I think it's just bc I have a fast metabolism (cause unknown - maybe regular exercise). Anyway, it's cold here in Canada so my wife doesn't mind too much - she calls me her "hot water bottle." We have a king size bed and I habitually sleep near my edge, so if it's too hot she can just move away.

i'm sorry on your loss. without extra analyze, it may be complicated to tell if a variety of of particular aspects have been "in charge" for the main cancers, some million in 4 persons gets (and have constantly gotten) maximum cancers in some unspecified time interior the destiny in an entire life. It has no longer something to do with "present day existence", like such many human beings like to think of. working as a scientist, your husband could have come into touch with various organic and organic solvents, which could quite strengthen a individual's threat of many cancers. BTW, onlymatch4u's answer grew to become into his opinion (to which he's entitled), yet grew to become into very just about one hundred% "certainty-loose".

You could be having intense dreams while you are sleeping so your blood pressure raises.
You should try not sleeping with too many covers, so your body remains pretty cool. Also, whenever you feel too hot drink a cold glass of water.

Are you overweight? My hubby is a bit plump and generates enough heat to warm the east coast!

Lowering the temp in the room could help.

Women have high temps at certain times of the month which is normal. Maybe you should try cotton blankets.

High blood pressure is one. But there are many reasons. Maybe a doctor would be able to take tests to find out.
