My sister is 18, and grew half an inch over the summer. It is not uncommon for girls to grow till they are 17, and not unheard of to grow even into their 20's. My best friends mother, for example had a growth spurt after the birth of her first child, which was when she was in her twenties.
Of course your habits effect it too. I once heard of a guy who grew something like 8in from 5.4 to 6.2 in two years.
Eat as much meat as possible. if you are a vegetarian, eat as much high protein foods as possible. Skip sweets when you can, because they don't give you anything to grow on. Be sure to get plenty vegetables to go along with it, because while growing, your body will need more vitamins and other good stuff.
Get yourself a regular excercise routine. Set aside at least one hour a day to just exercise. Then calculate how many calories you burn by that(try finding a chart online). Try to mach that to what you eat every day.
Be sure to get enough sleep. For teens it seems harder sincer there's always homework, or friends. But if this is something you really want to do, it's worth a few movies. Teens bodies often don't tell them when they are tired, so you've got to set a time and stick with it. Regular hours are nessesary. It will help your body cope with life, and turn it's focus to growing! Set a time to go to bed and get up, and stick with it. And make sure you prepare, so it doesn't come bedtime and you find yourself having to do half a dozen things.
Also, growth is not the only benefit of good sleep habits. You tend to feel a lot better, and even look better! All of you will be better refreshed.
Your genes will play a big part in it, but you can help it along. The pain in your knees is possibly a good thing. I am 15 as well, and have pain in my knees which is often a result of growing to fast for your joints to accomidate comfortably.
I don't know any products, but my best advise is go natural. If your skin is naturally tanned, you probably would not look good otherwise. If it is from the sun or a product though, it wil in all likelyhood wear away. If it's sun, be more careful next summer, be sure to wear hats at all time.
I hope this has helped, I know it sounds rather difficult and somewhat unpleasant, but no job is easy; this is just what you have to do for this one. These instructions have no money back garuanty, but if anything will help they will.
You say you have the body of a model? I'm guessing skinny. That seems the fad these days. Consider putting on some weight. I see a lot of short annorexics, and their more rotund counterparts tend to be somewhat taller. I'm not saying go overboard, but a little bit of added weight while you are still growing won't hurt you.
I myself used to look rather annorexic and due to my own wanting to grow tall(taller than my sister was my only goal) I put on weight.
My sister was extremely thin(by nature not purpose as well) but she did not try to gain weight like me. she is 18 and 5'7.75. I'm 15 and 5'7. but I'm taller than she was when she was 15. We both have the same genes and are alike in most everything else, but what I did made a difference. It is also of note that I am rather more buxom than she. After I got relatively near the size I wanted all about, I began to pair down and have successfully dropped weight again to the point I want. I am still growing and hope to overtake her next year.
So don't give up hope you'll likely grow at least a little more before you're through, and if you help it along you might even reach your goal. It's a tall order(so to speak), but not totally impossible.

You may grow slightly more, but not significantly so. Don't ever expect to be close to 6 feet tall, sweetie. As for your skin color, if it's tan because you've been tanning it, don't worry, the tan will fade as long as you stay out of the sun. Wear a hat and sunscreen when outdoors. Wear the sunscreen anyway, whether you want to be lighter or not. The sun causes wrinkles and premature aging and if you're looking for a modeling career, you defnitely don't want that. Good luck.

to stroll in vogue shows, you oftentimes, could be a minimum of 5'8 (from adventure) and 5'4 is lots too short, no offense. a brilliant form of girls human beings give up starting to be at sixteen or 17 so the possibilities of you starting to be 4 or 5 inches via then is especially narrow. no longer asserting it may never take place, even nonetheless it in all threat wont.you cant have the physique of a form, and not the top. you the two have it or you dont. definite, kate moss is 5'5 yet look at her distinctive face! THATS why she's a form...

1st of all nothings impossible, and as soon as you can get used to lovin the way you look in you mind just the way you are it won't matter whether you stay your wonderful self or sprount 10feet. Besides, your goal should be to bring a spin on the modeling world as soon as you hit stage, so wat if you're the shortest model, you can be the best if you want and work hard. A healthy diet w/ plenty of water helps along the way too. Good luck in reaching your dreams.

Most girls have reached their adult height by your age. You may get a little taller but it's unlikely that you will grow 3 - 4 inches. Guys often grow into their late teens.

You might... you never know. It depends on what you eat (healthily?), do you smoke?, what time you go to bed, etc. Things like this can stunt your growth. You should also consider genetics. How tall are your parents? Don't lose heart. Also, for more ideas about eating more healthily and stuff, you should talk to your doctor. He/she might have some ideas. I hope my advice helps! Good luck!
