YES! If you do not take enough time to reach a climax naturally you can get a mild to severe headache. If you strain too much to hurry the process, it builds up pressure like it would to hold in a sneeze or like holding your mouth and nose and creating pressure to pop your ears. I'm not sure what the medical terms are but I have had severe headaches after doing this. I don't frequently talk about it but your question made me feel I should share.

After the fourth one...., well not only the head but all the area hurts... If you are a guy, well, then the "piece" will be all damaged and broken, out of comission for the rest of the day or the week for that matter...... :-)
