Jesus worshiped God.

There is only one chapter in the entire bible where Jesus professes to be the ONLY son of God of Deity. That is the third chapter of John, and I believe the Catholic priests edited the scriptures to imply Jesus was the ONLY son of God.

I don't believe Jesus was the ONLY son of God; because in John 10:34-39 Jesus called the Pharisees gods (meaning we are all the sons and daughters of God).

In John 14:12; Jesus said that we would do the works he did, and even greater works than he did.

When Phillip asked "What must I do to be saved"; Jesus gave two commandments.

Love the Lord thy God with all thu soul, strength, and mind

Love thy neighbor as thyself

Jesus did NOT add a third commandment "Worship me as Deity".

The idea of the trinity is a Catholic invention. It is not based in scripture.

Jesus worshiped his Father, whom is the Almighty God, Jesus is not the "Almighty" he is the son of the "Almighty"

‘But isn’t Jesus called a god in the Bible?’ someone may ask. This is true. Yet Satan is also called a god. (2 Corinthians 4:4) At John 1:1, which refers to Jesus as “the Word,” some Bible translations say: “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” But notice, verse 2 says that the Word was “in the beginning with God.” And while men have seen Jesus, verse 18 says that “no man hath seen God at any time.” (Authorized or King James Version) So we find that some translations of verse 1 give the correct idea of the original language when they read: “The Word was with God, and the Word was divine,” or was “a god,” that is, the Word was a powerful godlike one. (An American Translation) Clearly, Jesus is not Almighty God. In fact, Jesus spoke of his Father as “my God” and as “the only true God.”

Did Jesus ever say that he was God? No, he never did. Rather, in the Bible he is called “God’s Son.” And he said: “The Father is greater than I am.” Also, Jesus explained that there were some things that neither he nor the angels knew but that only God knew. (Mark 13:32) Further, on one occasion Jesus prayed to God, saying: “Let, not my will, but yours take place.” (Luke 22:42) If Jesus were the Almighty God, he would not have prayed to himself, would he? In fact, following Jesus’ death, the Scripture says: “This Jesus God resurrected.” (Acts 2:32) Thus the Almighty God and Jesus are clearly two separate persons. Even after his death and resurrection and ascension to heaven, Jesus was still not equal to his Father.

As for the “Holy Spirit,” the so-called third Person of the Trinity, this is not a person but God’s active force. John the Baptizer said that Jesus would baptize with holy spirit, even as John had been baptizing with water. Hence, in the same way that water is not a person, holy spirit is not a person. (Matthew 3:11) What John foretold was fulfilled when, following the death and resurrection of Jesus, holy spirit was poured out on his followers gathered in Jerusalem. The Bible says: “They all became filled with holy spirit.” (Acts 2:4) Were they “filled” with a person? No, but they were filled with God’s active force. Thus the facts make clear that the Trinity is not a Bible teaching. Actually, long before Jesus walked the earth gods were worshiped in groups of three, or trinities, in places such as ancient Egypt and Babylon.

Depends on which Jesus your talking about. Jesus has always existed as diety and is the word of God. John1:1 The Deity of Christ "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He (Jesus) was in the beginning with God."
The Preincarnate Work of Christ
"3 All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it." The Incarnation of Christ
"14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten (son) of the Father, full of grace and truth."
The New King James Version. 1996, c1982 . Thomas Nelson: Nashville

The incarnate human Jesus worshiped God His Father, the diety Jesus is to be worshiped He does not worship Himself, God or the Holy Spirit.

Jesus the man took no glory for Himself. For instance in Matt 6:9 Jesus says:
"Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name."

In Matthew 19, when the rich young man called Jesus good: "16 Now behold, one came and said to Him, 'Good Teacher, what good thing shall I do that I may have eternal life?'" Jesus replied:
"17 So He said to him, 'Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God. But if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments.'"

Jesus the man worshiped God His Father, Jesus the diety does not worship. God Bless you in Jesus' name. Amen Rick

His Father, God, in heaven. He prayed to him, loved him, etc. God, having a son, who became God in the flesh, was Jesus. Jesus and God are one, the Father and the son, are one. They did have a relationship, and communicated, and loved, etc. Jesus, only worshipped his Father, if anyone. He gave his life, so we might live. While that is not worship, that is ultimate love.

God,
John 14:28
If you loved me you would have rejoiced because I go to the Father for the Father is GREATER I
1 Corinthians 11:3
But I want you to know that the head of every man is the Christ in turn the head of a woman is the man in turn the head of the Christ is God

why would Jesus have a head is he is Co-equal to God?

Col. 1:15,16 He is the image of the invisible God the first-born of all creation for in him all things were created in heaven and on earth

In what sense is Jesus Christ the first-born of all creation
1)Trinitarians say that first born here means prime most excellent most distinguished thus Christ would be undrstood to be not part of creation but the most distinguished in relation to those who were created If that is so and if the Trinity doctrine is true why are the Father and the holy spirit not also said to be the firstborn of all creation? but the bible applies this expression only to the Son. According to the customary meaning of firstborn it indicates that Jesus is the eldest in Jehovahs family of sons
2) Before Colossians 1:15 the expression the firstbornof occurs upwards of 30 times in the bible and in each instance that it is applied to living creatures the same meaning applies- the firstborn is part of the group 'the firstborn of Israel' is one of the sons of Israel ' the firstborn of Pharaoh' is one of pharaohs family 'the firstborn of beast' are themselves animals
What then causes some to ascribe a different meaning to it at Colossians 1:15?
3) Does Colossians 1:16.17 exclude Jesus from having been created when it says In him all things were created...all things were created through him and for him? The Greek word here rendered "all things" is pan ta , an inflected form of pas. At Luke 13:2 RS renders this "all...other" JB reads "any other" NE says "anyone else"
In harmony with every thing else that the Bible says regarding the son NW assigns the same meaning to pan ta at Colossians 1:16,17 so that it reads in part " by means of him all other things were created...All other things have been created through him and for him" Thus he is shown to be a created being part of the creation produced by God

Jesus worshiped his creator the same celestial force that created all of mankind including all other prophets. Allah is the Arabic word for it adopted in The 4th century of the Gregorian calendar

The only one GOD.

Did Jesus or his Apostles follow a religion called Christianity? Who were the first 'Christians' ? Who founded Christianity and do the teachings of Christianity conform to the teachings of Jesus?

The teachings of Paul, the true founder of Christianity, cannot be found anywhere in the teachings of Jesus or in those of prophets before him.
