Run Window updates or manually download the latest Microsoft Windows Installer.

What ever your tring to install,just put it in installer should come on automaticly.

i found the best answers here when i had that issue unfortunatlly for me it was too late and i had to uninstall sp2 but my pc also had other issues.... good luck
