Never had the experience of choking on one myself. I always try to eat them in little bitty bites so they'll last longer. But if it was so good to you that you had to put the whole thing in your moutb at once, well that won't work. And as for the coffee, I thought McD's had learned their lesson about the hot coffee, Next time order a large orange juice to go with your McGriddle. It's delicious and it will put the fire out.
