If it's still wet, you can get a clean up product at the hardware store that turns the paint into easily-removable hard crystal.

if it's emulsion just wipe it up and wash the floor.use a scoop type implement into a bucket.a scoop like a dustpan, cut a plastic bottle to create a scoop or maybe paint the rest of the floor to match.
for oil based paints, use a scoop again for the worst of it, then cloths and finally turps or white spirit to clean it up then wash the floor, this will make the room stink though.at least lino can be replaced easily.good luck.

Scoop as much as possible with cardbord, dustpan.... If its Emulsion, keep it wet. If its Oil based, get some degreaser (Gunk, Jizer, Paint Brush restorer) rub this in, it converts paint to water based. Wash off remains wirh soap and water, use a wet vac if you have. Cat litter is useful as well.

Depends on the surface. Try white spirit or turps.
Good luck
