Be careful, inspectors might jump on you for selling without a license. If you have more venison than you can eat, why not get in touch with your church, (if you don't have a church, call on any church) homeless shelters, soup kitchens, I'm sure they would be happy to receive donations of great tasting venison.

If you can't find anyone to buy the meat, you can always donate it to your local Salvation Army of Good Will to help feed the needy.
