it's not any of the follwoing things, but if you can think of something else please let me know. thanks

temp guage
intake manfold
gasket
coolant

it overheats really easily sometimes within 5 minutes.
when it overheats it shakes really bad and sometimes stalls out.
sometimes the heater blows out cool air like the vent.

i'm completely lost on this. any help will be greatlt appriciated

Well, you say coolant is good? Then its the thermostat, or even the electric fan had quit running properly. I would assume the thermostat first, but you can test the fan too.

examine your coolant point and likewise examine your heater valve, it will be below the hood on the passeneger area of the engine in-line with the heater hoses, you have got the two a cable or vacuum line hooked as much because it. it may be caught closed or the cable or vaccum line got here off of it.

you know it could probably be your thermostat or your fans aint turning on to cool the engine down

I would go to a radiator shop. Don't mess with other things. Don't go to auto repair.
