If he is an immigrant no not at all, If however he is an illegal immigrant yes, however since he is going to court not waiting for deportation he is not illegal. Pay the fine and stop speeding.

No. (unless he goes to jail and has a prior convction that would make him deportable), but simple speeding tickets do not usually lead to jail. Immigration does not pick people up in traffic court.

is he an ILLEGAL immigrant?
Too bad the cop that pulled him over couldn't run his info then and figure out his status.
Odds are the judge won't even notice he's illegal. The cop didn't notice or think to look, so the judge may not even care either. A lot of them don't want to mess with it and turn a blind eye.

A speeding ticket will have no effect upon his immigration status. Since he appears to have a license, I assume he is here legally. If he were not here legally, the court proceedings might bring him to somebody's attention, but would not themselves be a basis for any action against him.

I dont really know what you are asking.
Hes an "immigrant"
an illegal immigrant? busted
a legal immigrant? He's an american citizen, no sweat (aside from a ticket)
Tell him to drive faster next time.

That is only a minor offence and as long as it is his first and only offence and he appears to be sorry, I think it will be ok. They don't deport legal immigrants unless they have done something really terrible, but it will go on his record. If he is illegal, you may have a problem on your hands. HTH : )

If he is legal, of course not, He will pay a fine like the rest of us. If he is an illegal immigrant, using a stolen identity, I hope so, but doubt it.

oftentimes thats a distinctive situation. do no longer enable it bypass to courtroom, maximum circumstances you will pay it with out doing that. The police and immigration are meant to be seperate. with a bit of luck each thing is going nicely for you. in case you do no longer pay, they are going to situation a warrant.

It depends on the state you live in and it's laws. Some states will, while others will not. Where I live, they do not. If he had gotten into a accident and it was injury and/or death resulting, he would get deported in a heartbeat.

Where there is a speed limit (maximum), there is also a speed minimum implied, usually anything more than ten mph under is open to being interpreted as impeding traffic. also punishable.
