scientifically , girls and boys grow until the diaphysis and metaphysis of their long bones fuse.. usually that is between age 19-21 for boys and 18-20 for girls..
in case of girls.. childbith and the related hormones cause a sieze in bone growth.
the height you you will and the age when your metaphysis fuse is determined by your genes .. But your calcium intake , your vitamin d intake , phosphates , childbirth, stetching excercises.. have a HUGE impact!
So.. drink plenty of milk , get sunlight.. stretch... and if your parents are tall..you have a very good chance of having a growth spurt in the next 4 years!
for your skin.. use a 2% hydroquinine cream ... but dont use it on inflamed skin.. avoid the eyes.. and stop using it after a month maximum.. and wait at least 4-5 months between uses.. dont get addicted to it..
and avoid any creams with suphur and mercury.. like fair and lovely etc..

To walk in trend suggests, you almost always, need to be at least 5'eight (from experience) and 5'4 is much too brief, no offense. Quite a lot of ladies discontinue developing at sixteen or 17 so the chances of you growing four or 5 inches with the aid of then is pretty slim. No longer announcing it would under no circumstances happen, but it ordinarily wont. You cant have the physique of a mannequin, and not the height. You both have it or you dont. Sure, kate moss is 5'5 but appear at her considered one of a sort face! THATS why she's a model...

You'll continue to grow for years, but there is nothing you can do to control that.
The part that struck me is saying you want to "go white, " because you don't like you skin. If you're saying that you've tanned and you want it to fade, just keep exfoliating every day and stay out of the sun, and you'll be fine. If that's your natural color, you need to understand that ESPECIALLY for models, the more exotic you look, the better. Looking like everyone else doesn't get you on magazine covers. Looking unique and different does.
Good luck.

yes, some women grow until they are 20 -21- others o f course do not. It all depends on your genenit makeup and your grandparents a smuch as your parents. Your skin color is heredity and you will need to stay out of the sun to keep it as light as possible and use sunscreen always, winter and summer to protect against UV rays. you need to eat healthy and eat a lot. If you diet or deprive yourself of vitamins you will not grow, your body will think it is starving and shut down. So, make healthy couices, amaller portions but more often along with multivitamin and mineral suppliment to make sure you are getting nutrients. Eat healthy snacks and dairy for good long bone growth. Good luck.

Being a model is not all about height... it's about the look, do you have the look? I always wanted to run my own modeling agency that dealed with short women or the plus sizers. Thinking about doing this... I thought of people and how they can model without being tall. Alot of latina and asian designers are into the petite woman rather the tall geselle types. Good luck. Please do not take a modeling class or school. those are rip offs! if you want to get into model, have someone take a couple of real good pics... If I was an agency... I would look for the following in pics...
1. head shot with hair pulled back so i can see your ears and your forehead( jewerly and hair commercials and print work)
2. full body with basic black pants and white tank top, so I can see how clothes fit on you.
3. full body with swim suit... 2 piece... for swim wear or leg ads.
do it on a digi cam and print them on sheet of photo paper. Write a nice letter kinda like a cover letter introducing yourself and send it to as many talent/modeling agencies as you can find online. Send the photos in. Hopefully someone will respond... if not, the will send you a thank you letter and possibly advice as what you need to do to get you ready for Modeling... I would alos enter myself in as many seventeen/ teen seventeeen modeling seraches I can find... just remember if they want you to model... they will pay you, not you pay them. Good luck and if you become a world famous Top model... can I have some money:)

You probably won't grow much more. Sorry. It's possible, but odds are you are either at or within a few cm of your ultimate height.
There are short models out there. Don't give up your dream. But don't limit yourself to it either. There are better jobs out there than model. Good luck.

It all depends on your genes. Take a look at your mom. Ask her if she ever got as tall as 170 before. Or, you can even ask your dad. The gene can come from any of your parents, and chances are, you may get taller from a new gene that was created when you were born. It all depends.

Just eat and sleep properly and usually people stop growing for a while and then grow fast! So don't worry and don't try to change your natural skin colour either!
