You have to use a mixture of HTML tags and CSS (cascading style sheets). Both of these languages are explained in a tutorial at http://www.w3schools.com

Learning these would give you complete control over the layout, whereas a profile editor would limit your design.

One handy tool to use is the PhotoShop software to design any layout you want with all the different effects. You can take a picture and blur it or create multiple pictures with this software. Then you can draw out the boxes where you would want the navigation bar (if any) to go in and a box for all the information. But...the next part is tricky. Next, you would need to know HTML coding to code the layout and place all the links in and pictures etc. Or what you can do is design the layout you like and there are people on myspace who will code it for you. Use a search engine and look for a layout creator.... I've used them before, don't remember which one though.

examine actual elementary or some factor like that if u choose for to create format or u can in simple terms purchase a freaken application and do it(i dont be attentive to what it extremely is probably writer or photograph shop) or the factor that microsoft have for coming up webpages

If you go to www.whateverlife.com, they have a fairly easy setup on how to make your own background and what-not. There's also a lot of cool codes and other websites to choose from.

go to blinkyou.com I made mine there and it turned out very nice. If you take your time it'll probably take half an hour but it works well. good luck
