They don't throw UP, they throw DOWN. It is quite simple they just bend their neck down and let it roll out onto the turf. It usually only takes one motion unless some chunks get stuck and then you will hear a gurrguling sound followed by a pute or so and then a big Giraffe smile.

Giraffes don't throw up, they lower their heads near to the ground and throw down, mighty quickly too...
