It may not sound right, but I would recommend shampooing less often as frizzy hair tends to be lacking in some natural oils and can get fried by shampooing every day. Neither Garnier or Herbal Essences were helpful in my case, but it could just be my hair. Sunsilk might be the best of the batch above.
Beyond that, you'll need a good conditioner to remoisturize your hair. You might want to use it in the shower that rinses out and then work in a small amount after you're out before you dry your hair. There are also a lot of specific leave-in conditioners that are made specifically for this purpose that will add body, make your hair easier to style, and not dry it out during the day like gel or other alcohol based products.
Someone else recommended salon products: many of these are very, very good as well, but expensive. You might want to ask your hair stylist what they recommend for your type of hair. Remember that they'll always recommend something that they sell, but you don't have to buy from them. Many discount stores have started to carry some of the higher end products or equivalents - you'll still be paying more than the more common stuff, but they might just be the right tool for the job and you'll pay less than you would at the salon.
Good luck!

If your black, which I'm guessin from your icon, you might need some black hair care products. Because those products...are really made white people. They might not have the chemicals in them to help your frizz. Our frizz is alot different then thiers.

try FRIZZ EASE. i have really frizzy hair and it worked for me. avoid drying your hair with a towel that also causes your frizzy hair to become even more frizzy because of the friction between the towel and your hair. but if you would like to go for the less pricey try go ahead and give sun silk a try, I've heard from a few friends that it orks pretty good.
