"Casinos ARE sinful" surely. Perhaps you would be better off paying attention in school.

I don't think a Casino is sinful. I do think that many people enter there hoping to get rich quick and squandering money and that's a sin.
Nothing good comes from a Casino and I think it would be wise for any community to ban them. I feel the same way about the lottery, which is nothing more than a tax on stupid people.

I am a fellow Christian but I am not from the south. I do not play the lottery and I do not gamble. I believe that it is sinful. The casinos are also sinful. They are not there to benefit GOD or HIS WORD they are there to benefit the spread of satanism. They are his means of killing GOD's WORD in this world. I do not believe that gambling is ever going to benefit the cause of OUR FATHER!

So don't go in them.
I think you are stupid to go in because the odds are so against you. I do my gambling on stocks. It is the same principal so I have a big problem telling anybody anything other than there are better odds. I usually win, and I have never lost over a whole year. But I really can't see the ethical difference.
If you have a 401K or IRA you probably are gambling too.

Do you also think state ran lotteries are sinful? How about playing bingo for money in church or on church property?
How are those any different than gambling in a casino?

Rom 14:23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because [he eateth] not of faith: for whatsoever [is] not of faith is sin.
So yes, I believe it could be taken as sin.
