School is hard, but everything you do accomplish while in High School will lead you to having many more opportunities and choices when you are an adult and on your own.
Now I'm old, I didn't do well in school myself, but I can offer you one peice of advice, that many young people will say is stupid and preachy, but allow me to anyway and you chose for yourself if you want to do it or not.
I have had many, many hardships in life and I have found that the one person who can help me overcome my problems, my struggles. The one person capable of making my areas of weakness into straights is my Heavenly Father and his Son Jesus Christ.
Do not ever be afraid to do all you can for yourself, then ank Heavenly Father for the help you feel you need. I promise if you do your best, work hard, ask for help from those who can and will want to help you. Then Heavenly Father and Jesus will most surely help you, but you have to ask. They don't force help on us.
Consider sincere Pray, you may be surprised at just how much help you will recieve.
Good luck in your school work and everyday life.

In college, the advice I was always given from professors is to study 2 hours for each hour you are in class. Obviously, this is impossible for high school but studying should be a top priority. The key is to find a study strategy that works for you. Use google to research different study strategies and tips. Also, it's important to know what type of learner you are. If you are visual, verbal, spatial, etc, you need to adapt the way you study to this. You don't have to study a lot, you just have to study SMART. Test a few things to see what works for you. Writing things down helps me remember them because my learning type is verbal/visual. This may or may not work for you.
Here are a few sites to get you started:

It's great that you are concerned about doing better. That shows that you have the motivation that is necessary to succeed. Try to keep that motivation up by rewarding yourself for studying and making better grades. Also, remember to never over study. Studying in small bursts is more effective than studying for hours at a time. The brain can only process so much info at once.
Once again, good luck!

Remember, this is your last chance. I know it sounds dramatic, but yes, your life will be over. The parties that you're missing out on, all that, will still be there when you graduate. It took me dropping out and having to get back on to realize how easy it would have been to just hang in there! Get your study in, starting now. Get off the computer, stop asking dumb ??stions and study!!!! Now!!!

if you need help with your math and science finals, ditch the confusing textbooks and use the internet! so many professors and teachers around the world have put detailed explanations of concepts, practice problems, and past exams online so that others can access them. figure out what topics you need to know about, and then study them online.
and for math, i recommend http://mathforum.org/
