Tea bags are easier to use than tea leaves, that is packaging. What kind of tea is another question. You see, there are herb teas with no caffeine and there are literally dozens of pure teas, tea blends and regions so teas vary greatly.
Treat yourself to a fine book on teas of the world from your local library. You will learn about not only the history of tea but also how to make a great cup or pot of tea. You can also explore the world of teas on the World Wide Web and then try the ones you are curious about and enjoy,

I love tea. It's a personal preference.

My favorites? Count the ways.

Tazo:
Earl Grey
Wild Sweet Orange
Zen Tea
Iced Passion Tea
Iced Green Tea

Stash:

anything that's not nailed down...

There's chamomille, and pepermint, orange and lemon.
There are just too many to count.

But my favorite tea ever?

So far, I would have to say it's Stash's Moroccan Mint. Yummy.
Add a bit of honey, and you're good to go.

Purists don't hate me, but I like the bag, it's easier. I've been trying to convert to loose leaf for over three years, but bags are more convenient.

What's yours? I bet if you look hard, you'll find one that you love.

And tea cakes go really good with all of the above.

I like herb teas. I go to the garden and pick some peppermint, or lemon grass for every day tea. When I feel a stuffy nose I'll pick anice. If you don't have a garden, you can grow peppermint in a flower pot in an apartment. As well as tasting good it is a pretty plant.

I like both the bags and the leaves. The bags are easier, but the leaves do have a better taste, and sometimes quality. My favorite brand of tea is Mighty Leaf. You can get it at MightyLeaf.com or I think you can buy it at Nordstrom or Macy's. They make a ton of different flavors (my fav being the African Nectar) and I think that the official website does free S&H.

I love English breakfast black as can be, or Raspberry with lots and lots of sugar.

Tea leaves definitely give off stronger tastes, so if you like your tea strong they're definitely the way to go. However, they're messy, so if you're not too picky about strength and in hurry, I'd go for bags.

Tea made with white tea is the best! FABULOUS World Market sells it and you can buy it at select places on the web. I also like black tea (lipton) when I want an iced tea.
