LOL... (still giggling)...
There has been a lot of deeeeeee-licious recipes we've made with beer. However some of them were intentional, then there was the almighty OOPS...where beer poured into the dinner.
I'd have to say Beer Brat's, and fried onions & peppers, on a hoagie bun, made brownie points..
Wow...when that stuff came off the grill. You didn't hear a peep from anyone, except asking for a napkin from the onions sliding off the bun. Along with a slurp here or there washing it down with beer.
Good LUCK!

Beer-Can Chicken:
2 whole dried chiles, such as chipotle or New Mexico
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 3 1/2- to 4-pound whole chicken
1 12-ounce can of beer
In a blender, food processor, or spice grinder, combine the chiles, sugar, salt, and spices.
Remove the neck and giblets from the chicken and discard. Rub the chicken inside and out with the spice rub. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Light a charcoal grill and allow the coals to burn until covered with gray ash or heat a gas grill to medium. Drink half the beer; leave the other half in the can. Slide the chicken over the can and place in the center of the cooking grate, balancing the chicken on its two legs and the can, like a tripod. Cover grill.
Grill about 1 1/4 hours or until an instant-read thermometer registers 170° F inserted in the breast and 180° F in the thigh, or until the juices run clear. Carefully remove the chicken and hot can from grill. Let the chicken rest 10 minutes before lifting it from the can.
Yield: Makes 4 servings

Honey&Mustard Brats
10 fresh bratwurst sausages
1 green bell pepper, sliced into long strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced into long strips
1 large sweet onion, sliced into rings and separated
2 cloves garlic, sliced
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
2 cups honey mustard barbecue sauce
1 (12 fluid ounce) can beer, or as needed
10 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise
Place half of the bratwurst in the bottom of a 5 quart slow cooker. Arrange half of the green pepper, red pepper, and onion over them. Layer the remaining bratwurst over the top, and top with the remaining red and green bell peppers and onion. Throw in the garlic and bay leaves. In a separate bowl, mix together the honey mustard sauce, liquid smoke and beer. Pour into the slow cooker. Add more beer if necessary to cover everything in the pot. Cover, and cook on Low for 4 to 5 hours. . Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil grate. Remove bratwurst from the slow cooker, but leave onions and peppers inside. Place bratwurst on the grill and baste with some of the remaining honey mustard sauce. Turn occasionally until slightly charred. Place bratwurst on rolls, and use tongs to pull out a few of the onions and peppers from the slow cooker and drape them over the sausage.

My uncle's secret to holiday turkey is a can of beer.
He pours it over the turkey and cooks in an oven bag. The drippings make great gravy too!
It's really good.
I also made some chili with dark beer. It was great too.

Beer Bread, their are many different recipes for beer bread, very simple to make, I think it is flour, can of beer and sugar. and that's it, depending on the beer used, you will get a different flavor, and you can put in different spices if you like.
Just put Beer Bread in search engine, and choose one.
