Sometimes it is hard to give an appropiate answer when the question is very basic for example how to discipline a child which without the age can be hard to answer.

thats so true. cuz you dont know how to answer the question. and you try your best but you cant give the best answer without knowing the whole story.

Sometimes people don't think about that kind of thing. They ask very basic questions maybe to get a broad view of the answers. How to discipline a child, well maybe this is from a parent with young child who maybe just wants a general idea. Come on haven't you ever done those general questions in college that you had to break down and give a specific answer for?

I thought that was very specific, and i think his question is an example. Sometimes ppl ask questions and you want to know more, ask a question with full details, especially computer problems

Yes, I agree it can be harder to comprehend the question, but who cares? if they are not specific, they might not get the information they need!
Another questions is, why don't people read the details to our questions? Yes people, we know people can be more specific with their questions, but you need to read the rest of the question to understand it fully!
