Mulled Wine will go sour after about a week

Mulled wine that you haven't drank will go sour in a few days. Mulled wine that you did drink will go sewer in about 4 to 6 hours.

Hmmm go sewer??? what that all about then... a sewer is where rats and poo hang out... so I don't think so....
But if you meant sour / off... then yes... it's still wine so it will go off if not drunk when openned... also as is should be serve warm you should use it up after the first heating as if you heat it up again and again the alchohol will pretty dissapear so you would end up with mulled grape juice...hehehe!!!!

Sewer is where the waste water from your home goes. I believe you meant "sour" (or bad/spoiled).
