For a man who's eating the right foods you don't need any real supplements. What your body can use is vitamin C, take around 7000 mg (yes, that much, but never go over 9000, it will give you the runs but won't hurt you at all), and Zinc (it's what you lose when you "expel semen") taking around 30 mg a day. Vitamin E is also good, and around 400 IU is about right. Aside from that you don't need to be on multivitamins unless you're not eating good food.

Yes, it does. Unfortunately it doesn't always have enough of the essential vitamins that you need. You should be taking 800 iu of vitamin C, and 400 iu each of D and E. Anyone over the age of 55 should take 2 Vitamin E capsules daily, one in the morning and one in the evening for maximum benefit.

If you havne't noticed any difference then you are not taking the right multivitamin for you. Consider taking a different one and keep trying until you find one that does make you feel better all over and helps build you immune system. Also to help build your immune system you need to add an antioxidant supplement to your daily routine.

Yes, multi-vitas are great. Everyone any age should be on them! They do just like any product or service differ from one another. If you take them now, and if they are good ones, if you'd stop taking them for a little while you would be able to tell the difference. vica-versa. If you did your homework, just about the best multi there is out there,is Nutrilite Double X along with what's called the perfect pack. It is very excellent!

Taking a vitamin only helps if you are deficient in that vitamin in the first place. If you don't need the vitamins that are in your multiple vitamin, your body just flushes it out with your urine.
