Not emergency services workers, police, firefighters, emt's...that's there job and they're placed in those positions. Looking for stories of someone who came from no where, and saved a life or stopped a tragedy from occuring.

Angels only appear when a message beyond the being saved is necessary (like a resscutation of faith). That doesn't mean they are 'off-the-clock' otherwise.
And I have an incident. I was attempting to cross the street one day when, suddenly, I could not turn my head and/or move my body forward, and it wasn't for a lack of trying. Just as suddenly, I was sideswiped by a car and knocked away about 10 ft. Had I stepped forward, I would have been hit dead center of the car, probably gravely injured or killed.

Last January, while driving down the highway, I watched as some guy spun off the freeway and slammed into a tree and his car burst into flames.
Without even thinking, I slammed on the brakes and leapt out of the car - and was nearly run over myself. I then ran to his vehicle and punched out the side window so I could pull the guy out - his door was jammed shut from the force of the crash... Got him out before the cab burst into flames.... EMTS showed up and helped out and said I could leave, so I did....
Didnt realize I was covered in his blood until I got to work. I was called "crazy" and a hero - but I didnt think I was either. I simply did what I hope anyone would do - not stop and think, but react to the situation and save a life. Sure I could have died - but I saved a life instead.

ok when i was 8 months old i had a brain tumor nearly died and i was saved thanks to God and my doctor kosnik. if it wasnt for God helping doctor kosnik i wouldnt be here today. i owe my life to God.
