It doesn't really help lighten skin but since your exfoliating dead skin cells, it seems like the skin gets smoother and more radiant.

Many people strive to attain lighter, brighter, healthier-looking skin. Learning to properly care for your skin on a day-to-day basis will help your skin stay light and tight, while more substantial and scientifically-proven lightening products are also widely available. In my opinion this is the best method https://tr.im/LNz73

No. It does exfoliate, though, so you would eventually notice a lightening of old scars, as that dead skin is rubbed away. All in all, a great product.

No, it just make it brighter by removing dead skin cells. If you had an uneven skin tone to begin with some of the darker spots might begin to fade it the top layers of skin are removed.
