Do you trust your friends? Does this person know you like him/her? Are you already in a relationship? If you are just friends I say enjoy your time together with all your friends.
If you want more than a relationship with this person tell them how you feel and take a chance. If this person says he feels the same way or just wants to be friends then be friends. At least you will know where you stand with this person. Life is way too short to not enjoy it to the fullest.

Well if you really like him, let him choose. A lot of my friends liked the same guy as me before, and i got mad at them kind of in my heart. But truthfully u shouldn't because a lot of times people are just liking him and then will see someone new and say that he's a lot cuter. That's what happened to me. So just let the guy choose. hope it all works out!

get a new crush, if almost all ur friends like the same boy that isn't a good sign that means the guy is a player since almost all ur friends like him.

This has happened to me before too.
What I did was just let the person ur all crushing on chose who he likes!
There's no use fighting over one guy, when come to findout, the guy is probobly a dirt-bag.
Not saying that this guy has to be.
But, just let the man pick who he likes, and dont fight over him.

Get all of your friends together, agree to do this together, walk up to him and tell him that all of you girls would like to have group sex with him.
I guarantee success or he's like 11 (also means that you guys are too) and he'll chicken out.
