Wolf eel. Eaten hot with butter it is really good! But, If it is eaten to cold or not heated clear through the texture is odd and it feels like you are eating eyeballs. Sorry sounds gross but it's true.

I have had kangaroo, emu, turtle, and alligator. The most bizarre thing I have ever had was cow brains. The taste was not great, but it was not as bad as beef liver.
