Awwww, that is sooooo sweet! I always thought it would be neat to have the guy to propose by a little pond under the stars at night. I think it would be awesome to have a pathway made outlined with lit candles up to a big beautiful tree were you would have a romantic night time picnic set up. The pond would be in front of you with the fake lilly pads that have candles in the center of them floating around and the dark blue sky filled with thousands of shining stars. The night are would be crisp and everything around is silent except for you telling the women you love all the wonderful things about her and how you want to spend the rest of your life with her, and then you pull out the ring and ask her to marry you.

I've been to a place called Historical Savannah, Georgia, in late April where I rented a house for a week and just walked around discovering things with someone who has turned out to be the man of my dreams. The weather was beyond fantastic - not hot or humid yet, but still beachy weather. The food - from ultra classy Vic's on the River (WOW!) to Vinnie Van GoGo's pizzeria (again, mmm! You'll know when you're standing in that spot - on that day - with her, knowing nothing else could be more magical, more important, than telling her NOW that you just wouldn't be complete, that your life is nothing, and that you'd be humbled and honored if she'd do you the favor of saying yes to one little question....
AND, one of my friends isn't a morning person, but her boyfriend got her up at 3AM one morning, pissing her off, driving her to nowhere, hiking in the cool of the morning to a local mountain top, pissing her off even more by only responding to her with the phrase, "I've gotta show you something," just to get there while it's still barely dark.
