Load your diet with satisfying, high-fiber foods to help you feel full, but look for healthy choices as much as possible. Vegetable soup, red beans and rice, and oatmeal are all excellent choices.

Try for an hour of cardio every day. Treadmill, bike, elliptical trainer, even a long walk outside all qualify.

Take a karate class or other martial arts. It does a great job of getting you in shape, it has a practical use, and it's fun. Keeping fit is WAY easier when you're exercising because you're in a class instead of just jogging by yourself or whatever.

It's normal that you have a huge appetite because you're a teenage boy. The solution is to change what you eat. Start eating fresh fruit and vegetables; the fibre and water in them fills you up and they don't make you fat.

how does eating 4 MEALS A DAY SOUND?

well then......

about a month ago i tried the fat loss 4 idiots diet and i lost 23lbs already.

http://fatloss4idiots.com/

it was an awesome diet and i would recomend it to anyone...

p.s. you lose about 9 lbs every 11 days with 3 "cheat" days where you can eat ANYTHING and once you've bought it you can repeat the diet as many times as you want! its amazing!

good luck on whatever you try :)

drink more water (when you drink more water you naturally eat less and don't consume as many calories like with sodas). eat more fruits and veggies. get more active. play a sport. walk. everything helps.
