do you think that i should dye my hair??? i have fairly light brown-caramelish skin. im 16 and im indian and i have dark black hair right now..but im thinking about dying it dark golden brown or light golden brown or maybe get brownish highlights? what do you think looks better and would attract more guys?

No. Don't get into that and keep your natural color. Otherwise, you'll be wondering what color to change it to every couple of months for the rest of your life. It's almost tantamount to a mental disorder on the part of a lot of women, IMO.

You know what? There'll be people who tell you not to do it, but here's the facts:
1) Yeah, it's probably not healthy for your hair. But...at worst case, possible scenario: IT'LL GROW BACK.
2.) There are few things more satisfying and that set your week right than doing something new with your hair, getting a new purse or finding a new pair of jeans that fit perfectly.
3.) The conditioner you get with the dye...is freakin' awesome. It makes your hair feel great for a couple of weeks.
4.) If you think your hair looks great when you're done, then you'll gain the extra boost of self confidence that you need to do whatever you want to do. Because, well...let's face it: Men aren't attracted to hair. They're attracted to the hot confidence that comes with chicks that HAVE great hair.
So, do what you want. The carmel highlites sound cute to me!

1. Don't change how to look in order to attract more guys. Someone who really likes you isn't going to care about the color of your hair.
2. Dying your hair may seem like a great idea now, but coloring your hair takes away the natural oils & reduces the general health of your hair. Don't dye it. I'm sure it looks great the way it is.

do what you think is best for yourself and not just to attract guys and if you do dye your hair and your hair ends up looking bad the thing about hair is that it grows and if you don't like it you can always use something else like a different product to make it better

I think you should highlight your hair a nice gold not platinum, but just gold, my hair has gold highlights and it attracts guys like crazy, your explanation on your skin color sounds nice, I am the same as you, and I look really good with my highlights.

I'm sure you have beautiful dark hair. Dying your hair might look pretty. I'm warning you though it gets addicting and it's very high maintenance. Try it out who knows you might like it different. I'm confident though that in the end you will embrace your dark hair just like I did. Good Luck.

If you really want my opinion, try to attract the men that like you as you are. There is nothing more uplifting than a man who is with you because he loves what you are naturally like.
