You can't prove any religion. it's all a matter of belief.
Jesus did really exist, but whether or not he was the son of god or performed miracles is debatable.
Muhammad (spelling?) existed, but whether or not he had such things happen to him (visions and such) is also debatable.

i dont debate with anyone. i believe in the Bible and that is that. and it would be more belief not religion. religion is just a belief well now they say a belief how we got here. so i believe in the creation and that God created the heaven and earth. some believe gods created the heaven and earth and others believe in the evolution. however my belief i get out of the Bible. there are many who believe different things. all i say is dont listen to your pastor to tell you how it is. read the Bible for yourself and get your own thoughts and let God move you from what you read. i do get alot of people when they find out what i believe start to say you guys believe this and this. and then i will get out the Bible cause i keep it with me and show them why i believe what i believe. most the time they realize that they were just reading part of a verse and not the whole thing or that there pastor only told them half the verse or a full verse but not the whole scripture. so i am not here to prove what i believe cause my proof is in the Bible. and that is all i need as well. i say that cause i know mormons use a couple other books to show what they believe in and say the Bible is mistranslated. when my buddy who is mormon told me that i said i agree with you. he said good and i said yeah i think a lot of people take half a verse and translate the Bible according to that. or come up with there own things. but i believe the Bible to be accurate with what we need to know. and it has been proven to be 98 percent acurate and the 2 percent is cause of commas and punctuation that back then they did not use. but the Bible is 100 percent with the meaning.

Luckily I do not have to prove anything or go by anyone's debate rules. I believe in the Bible. I serve the Lord and I do not have to understand everything in His business to run His errands. We plant seeds, God can change willing hearts.

I would make sure we had the time to discuss the subject first, because it is important to hear their beliefs, too. I may learn something. But my approach to the argument is simple: Truth can resonate through you. Truth is not debatable. This is where my beliefs have stemmed from-- what I've researched and seen for myself.

On this forum, we "prove, or debat" our religion on an hourly basis.
But there is no proof. No one has proof of any of these claims, yet they present them as absolute fact. We can show evidence, or lack of evidence. But no one has proof. If they claim to, they must be lying.
I think your question is too vague. I need to know how I'd be debating. What aspect I'm being asked to "prove".

My life is the only example of proof for debate that I have to offer, however I doubt you really want me to write it all down in Q&A.
I wake up every morning in service to God. I pray for Jesus to help me become even closer to His image than I was yesterday. My Father has blessed me with peace and joy.
In my life before my Father came to me; I was a self-centered, self-serving, nagging, greedy, inconsiderate, bible quoting fool all wrapped up in a pretty package designed for social acceptance.

Basically, that all of our actions start with the mind, so it is best to understand and train the mind.
Buddhism gives you specific tools to do this, but you don't need to be a Buddhist to use them so my 'debate' ends here I guess ;-)

Since my religion calls for faith in the Holy bible, I would have nothing to say if I couldn't quote the bible. My opinion means nothing without God's word.

The documents have been around for a long time, and have been argued ad nauseum, but sometimes I wonder if anybody is even paying attention anymore.

There are many different paths to the mountain top. God doesn't care which path you take, as long as you take one. Just make sure you don't misunderstand the message of your prophet.
