Unscrew the forend and go through the back of the stock to unscrew that part.

You'll need a stock wrench for the pump grip to get the nut off. the rear stock is removed by removing the recoil pad and unscrewing the long screw you'll find under it. Make sure the shotgun is unloaded of course. To remove the front pump grip, 1st cycle the action back and leave action open, unscrew the retainer cap on the magazine tube and remove barrel. Using stock wrench, remove the stock nut and remove front pump grip.
