i have bad eating habits and have a lil meatloaf pouch dat i want 2 get rid of and i cant always remeber 2 do situps!!!! and i want 2 lsee like 2 or 3 pounds in my thighs wut should i do?!?!

about a month ago i tried the fat loss 4 idiots diet and i lost 23lbs already.

it was an awesome diet and i would recomend it to anyone...

p.s. you lose about 9 lbs every 11 days with 3 "cheat" days where you can eat ANYTHING and once you've bought it you can repeat the diet as many times as you want! its amazing!

You can eat what you want, but don't eat to much of it. This will help you not gain more and if you work otu and lose someit will keep it off. Of course you need to excersise and if you do them in intervals it will make them easier to do. To get rid of the weight in your theighs will be gone if you run at least a mile a day. (not all at once) If you run some in the morning, then again after lunch, then at supper, you will be able to do a mile. Another tip is to not use any diet pills. It is safer to do it on your own than have help from pills. Drink LOTS of water. Do not drink diet cola or any other diet sodas. They are pretty much like regular sodas. Do not let this take control of your everday activities. if you do these on the side you will be able to do this in a short bit!

You should eat right. Restrain yuorself from these fatty foods. I was always eating alot and i wasn't chunky though. I began to like cooking and that got me into a habit of eating well, you don't have to starve yourself, or exersise until you faint. Try to take walks and jogs or make exersising fun, if you want to relax do yoga it is amasing! Take my advise i will help!

You have to work out. The best way I find to drop the weight is cardio. Run, Walk, Skate but move.

excercise and eat healthy food if you like to dance that is an exercise too you should exercise 1 hour a day!!
