Being only 13 and concerned about your weight to the level you are is not healthy. You should be more concerned about living the life of a teenager and having fun, making good grades, and staying active. What you have probably not realized is that it isn't how much you weigh, it is how you view yourself. If you are super-skinny but have horrible self-esteem, people will not view you as a super-skinny girl, but will take on viewing you as the girl you view yourself. You need to work on your self-esteem instead of trying to lose weight. If you do not get this under control while you are still young, you are headed down a path of an eating disorder which is just as hard to overcome as a drug addiction. Just try to accept yourself for who you are, not what the scales weigh you in at.

You are really too skinny. When I was 13, I weighed about 135 and I'm 5'4. Everyone tells me that I'm skinny, even though I'm just about right. Instead of going on a diet, you need to see a therapist or psychologist. You have a very unhealthy body image that needs to be helped. Talk to you parents and see if they can get you the help you need. If not, see the school guidance counselor.

No matter how skinny you are, you will always find flaws in your body... That is because we are women and the pressure to be perfect nowadays is outrageous. I personally think you are too skinny. (as in Nichole Ritchie skinny). You should probabley speak with a parent and tell them what is going on. You should also see a doctor to make sure you are not deficient in any of your vitamins etc..

You need to tell your parents how you feel. You need to talk to a professional about how you are feeling. I am a personal trainer, I am 5"3 and a good weight for me is 105 pounds and I am not bulky. You need some help with building up your self-esteem.

if you are feeling really heavy there are some reasons for that
one possibility is that you need to work on your leg mucles and drink more water
another possibility is that you have a distorted vision of yourself, the weight you are is way below average and i pretty sure that your friends arent just saying that you are skinny to make you feel better, they are serious and you should gain some wieght with muscle tone

you do not need to go on a diet.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. But rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO what a ride

you are underweight according to www.seventeencom/bmi so you are definitley definitley not fat! you were even on the skinnier side when you were 91 pounds, but you were normal. you should talk to your parents or your doctor. it may just be your body type but you may have a medical disorder good luck!
