I'm a witch. Last week I made a rabbit appear out of my hat and produced a packet of sweets from my inside pocket. I have a couple of gigs in London next week and am available for kids parties and stuff like that.
I pray every night for the NHS and my family and I only use proper spells when the toilet needs cleaning and I can't be bothered getting on my hands and knees to clean it myself.
Happy New Year!!!!

I certainly don't feel different of you...
But you will always meet people who WANT to be different, no matter what.
Otherwise they have the impression they do not really exist.
I think that we all of us are connected.
But you can not travel the same way, the same river, the same country with everybody and even when you are able do it for some lenght with some, this variated from time to time too...
But you know that, do you?

You know what, we aren't so different. We are all Fallen people who fall short of the glory of God. Our Creator God loves us all and has provided a way to pay for our sins that allows us to be in relationship with Him forever. Nothing we can do will possibly take away our sin, so Jesus, the only man good enough to, died for our sins, since He is God, He rose again.
We can take His way to get back right with Him, or we can go our own way, or somebody else's way. What way do you want to be on? I want to spend eternity with God, not forever living with the results of sin, without the Grace of God to soften the blow, as He is doing on earth until the end comes.
You are right about that we will worship someone or something. God made us to worship Him, Satan tricked Adam and Eve and since then they have been worshipping others besides God. It is not different in that we will worship, but who we will worship, a lie or the Truth. Our eternity hangs in the balance.

I think most major religions have very similar roots. Islam and Chriatianity come from Judaism which itself is baed upon Zoroastrian ideas. A lot of modern paganism is based upon ideas from these religions mixed with ancient Nordic and Celtic myths.
When Gandhi was asked whether he was a Hindu, he replied:
"Yes I am. I am also a Christian, a Muslim, a Buddhist and a Jew."

I agree with Monkey man (and Gandi) thats sort of how i look at religion believe a bit of all but not every thing of any. All very religious people are judgemental about others. live and let live is what i believe in and if you can`t agree agree to differ.

The similarities come from being children of God because we were all made by and for Our Heavenly Father.
God Bless you and have a safe and Happy New Year.

Krishna says in the Gita those who worship the demi-gods only worship Me, but they do so in a wrong way. So everything is part and parcel of God also known Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. but they may not be aware of it.

The main difference, other than that whole rationality thing, is that I don't condone the destruction of the xians. I really don't care what they do, as long as they do it over there somewhere (he said, pointing in a Northerly direction).

No you both need a crutch to live with. Most people believe in their fellow man and themselves, not some deity. Chose who you fancy for your existence, but try starting with your ancestors.

Pangel that is a lie. There were answers there that totally condemn you and show there is an absolute difference between the sources.
How can you so flagrantly ignore that ? ? ?
