I dream for my wedding to be in the winter....late December or January. It would be an early evening wedding, around 4 pm when the sun begins to set. The church would be lit with candles and there would be big bunches of white flowers everywhere. My bridesmaids would be dress in icy blue or silver gowns with maybe a white fake fur stole around their shoulders. And my prince and his groomsmen would be dressed in black tuxes with maybe some icy blue or silver accents. There will be alot of music in my ceremony. The procession would be to Pachelbels Canon in D played by a string quartet. I however would probably walk down the isle on my dads arm to the traditional wedding march played by the pipe organ. I think I would have my friend Jason (who is coincidentally my "maid of honor" as he's my oldest friend) would sing John Lennons "Grow Old along with me" with an accoustic guitar as the special music. My gown will either have 3/4 length sleeve or be strapless and white and my jewelry will be diamonds and pearls and I will have a long fake fur cape and white fun hand muff to wear when the horse drawn sleigh (or probably a carriage) takes my new husband and myself to our reception.....did I mention that in addition to their being at least 6-8 inches of clean snow on the ground it will also be lightly snowing...
The reception hall will be decorated elegantly with candlelite and silver, gold and pearl white (maybe also icy blue) decorations. My cake will be the kind with the smooth frosting ( i can't remember what thats called) with gold and silver swirls on it. Classical music will play in the background during dinner. Our first dance will be to Etta James's "At Last"....We'll dance again to Glen Millers "Moonlight Serenade" and Tony Bennetts "The way you look Tonight"...I'm having trouble deciding on my Father/Daughter dance though...

I have a coupleof dream weddings, since mine was less dreamy.
1. on a beach ,at sunset ,with the receiption there too, with Hawaii music and aall, with my dress a filmy white counrty slip dress and him in a gauzy shirt and pants, white of course, with lilies everywheres and lilies in my hair.
2. In a open field in either spring or fall , with bales of hay with horse blankets over them for guest seating, and wild flowers everywheres,
and him dressed in black jeans and white stirt and a cowboy tie, me in a dress made of eyelet lace and lite blue jean materilal.
3. In a large yard with alot of snow covering everything, and x-mas lights (clear ones) hung up everywheres, and Poinsettias everywheres, the pink ones , and him dressed in a think black suit and me in a White dress trimed in faux fur(white again) with a white faux fur hat with a small veil, I carry a small bible instead of flowers.
Dream big I say ,but money does matter and time for these events.

me smiling because I am not worried thanks to my iron-clad pre-nup. And for all you females out there who are irked at this, ask Brittany about the importance of a good pre-nup, or mabey Jessica Simpson...
