Basically a girl of 118lb and 5ft4 or 5ft5 is an ideal weight with a BMI between 19.6 and 20.3, she is below average weight compared to other girls her age and height, so anyone here that has said otherwise is just talking crap. I think the strain of Christmas has affected some people's brain cells.................

Depends on how much muscle mass she has. She could be sporty and fit or a blob of goo. The number is irrelevant (to an extent).

I suppose the doctors would tell her that she is over-weight because the "right" weight for her is what others see as too skinny. Not everyone are supermodel size..but that doesn't mean that she is fat. I guess if she likes herself the way she is then it doesn't matter what everyone else thinks!

no shes not fat!!! that is average weight... for a 5'4 or 5'5 firl she is perfect weight.. shes def. not fat...
