The fact is that it doesn't usually hurt - guys might say that because they want some "help" relieving the pressure. It only hurts if some old guy has been hitting the viagra a little too hard in which case they might get a b*ner that just won't go away. Sometimes it is even necessary to stick a needle in to drain some of the blood out in these cases (I have seen it - ouch!). For the rest of us the solution is to "think unsexy thoughts" like Homer Simpson or keep a picture of Oprah naked in your wallet for emergency decompression.

I once cycled into the back of a van with some poles sticking off the back. It hurt like buggery & I think I had a mild concussion. However after a few moments I still cycled to school & wrote my final Accounts exam.. I'm sure I would have done a lot better if I hadn't had those poles smacking into my head beforehand!!!

Lmao thats a funny question so I have to answer it! If say a guy were to have a "hard on" and you asked does it hurt..the answer would be depends. Depends is it sticking up..or is it stickin down while its hard. If its sticking down while its hard then it usually hurts.. (unless u have a small penis) lol..if its sticking up its not to much of a bother as long as you have a shirt on or even a jacket then there is no need to make a big deal about it. Just act like everything is normal basically. and if it bothers you that much then you could always put your hand in you jean pocket..providing they are not too tight of pockets and shift it with the one hand..pretending to get something or just casually move it while talking to that girl in the car.

I don't think so but I'm not a guy so I'm not sure, however I do know that if you guys are having sex or something like that and it starts getting really hot but you stop right in the middle of it I think guys get something called blue balls which supposedly hurts.

Yes, it does bother us. It makes us all squirmy, hot, and bothered.
Sitting down usually helps in the "hiding hard-on" already.
If I have to stand up, I try to tuck my penis behind my belt so it holds it straight up rather than let it stick out. However, it's a bit uncomfortable and will pop out in a most noticable way if you walk around and it goes soft.
I'm sorry, but if a girl is making me this hard, I usually tell them that she's turning me on and it making me hard, and that I wish she could turn me on like this every day.

It doesn't hurt (depending how tight his pants are)! It does get a bit sore if it stays rock hard for a long time. Concentration usually keeps the di** under control. But it is a natural occurrence though, you must understand that as well.
