This is my first attempt at a running website to help new runners , would be interested in feedback.

you need to put things in there that can tell people what kind of shoes they should buy due to pronation and such. i have answed soooooo many questions due to that kind of stuff. people need to know that they can seriously mess themselves up if they don't have the correct shoes.

Well i do not know a website but my coach has a pedometer that tells you how far you ran! Or run in the woods and in the woods by a school it will mark a mile and so on!

Very good so far. Why do you have a Reebok ad on your site. They couldn't make a decent shoe, not to mention running shoe, if they're entire company depended on it. Stick with Asics and get them on your site. Nice!

its a good start up site, keep working on it and add some new pics, try the fireman 23K from Gettysburg, there was a lot of action there
